What type of payments do you allow?
We accept Visa and MasterCard,and American Express, checks and money order for our scooters or accessories.
Will my credit card information be secure? Absolutely! You can be sure that you are visiting a secure site. Any information given will be completely private and will not be released or sold.
What if I don't have a credit card?If you don't have a credit card, please email us at info@allamericanscooter.com and we will reply with the necessary information for writing a check or money order. Please remember that shipment of your scooter or accessories will not be made until the check clears the bank.
How long should I expect for the scooter to arrive?Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days and should arrive by DHL ground from 1-4 business days.
Once my order is placed, how will I know the date of arrival?Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with the approximate date of arrival.
How safe is it for my children to ride these scooters?The standard age for children to ride the gas/electric bikes is 8 years. However, the age may vary according to the child's weight and maturity level. Remember that children should always be closely monitored and supervised by an adult at all times. The children should always wear protective gear such as helmets, knee and elbow pads while riding.
How many can ride a scooter or mini chopper?It is recommended that only one person ride at a time for their own safety.
Is it legal to ride the electric/gas powered scooters and bikes in my community?You must contact your local law enforcement for regulations in your area concerning the ages, etc. for riding the scooter.
What kind of warranty do I get with the scooter or mini chopper?There is a 30 day parts and service warranty with every scooter. Our company will take care of any problems that may occur with the E-Bike. We will send replacement parts and offer technical support. Technical support for any X-Treme Scooter is for the life of the scooter.
